User Guide
Licensed one-time use of survey
Institution is responsible for hosting and administering the survey. Institution also agrees not to alter the survey and to provide the data back to the licensor. Additional consultation is available at an additional cost.
Individuals enrolled in a degree program may apply to use the DES under our Research Use program. More information is available here Research Use Guidelines.

The DES team provides support and help throughout the entire process. Please note: These phases are not relevant for institutions that license the DES.
